This year, Bloomfield has been given the opportunity to register 100 students for the program. BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Township of Bloomfield’s Division of Human Services, in partnership with the National Council of Jewish Women, Essex County Section (NCJW/Essex), is thrilled to announce that registration is open for the annual NCJW/Essex Back 2 School Store, which provides over 1000 eligible children entering kindergarten through 5th grade the opportunity to receive a free backpack full of school supplies, as well as a new outfit and winter coat.
